Q. WHAT IS JORYSI.MY DROPSHIP PROGRAM?

JORYSI Dropship Program is a business model where a seller (YOU) doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a seller sells a product using the dropshipping model, it purchases the item from a dropship supplier (JORYSI.MY) and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the seller doesn’t have to handle the product directly. Thus, It gives a lot flexibility to the seller since they can partner with dropship suppliers and sell more products to their customers without keeping stock. Besides, dropship suppliers also get more flexibility since there is more product movement.

In a nutshell, the process of dropshipping is simple:

  • You receive an order
  • You forward the order to your dropship supplier
  • Your dropship supplier fulfils the order

 

Q. WHY JOIN JORYSI.MY DROPSHIP PROGRAM?

Probably the biggest advantage of dropshipping is that it’s possible to run an ecommerce without having to invest thousands of dollars in inventory upfront. Traditionally, retailers have had to tie up huge amounts of capital to purchase inventory and set up a warehouse.

With dropshipping model, you’ll save a ton of time as most of the work to process additional orders will be borne by the dropship supplier. In addition to product listing on your e-commerce store, you can simply copy & paste the ready-made product description that prepared by dropship supplier. Thus, it is a benefit that gives you the ability to focus more time on other elements of your business, like marketing and maintaining customer support channels.

Without the constraints of a physical inventory and the costs associated with it, dropshipping allows you to update your inventory quickly, easily, and cheaply.If you know a product is doing well , you can immediately offer it to your customers without waiting for it to arrive in your warehouse. Put in simple, dropshipping allows you to test new items without the risk of carrying obsolete inventory. You only pay for what you sell.

 

Q. HOW DO I JOIN JORYSI DROPSHIP PROGRAM?

  1. Register an account with JORYSI.MY and wait for approval.
  2. After register, you can point to dropship section on the top menu bar and click into Dropship and press Apply Now.
  3. Then, you will need to fill up the required information in the Application Form and Submit. Once submit, it will go through some verification.
  4. Once the verification has been done, your JORYSI.MY account will be activated.
  5. After that, you can Sign In your JORYSI.MY account and start your dropship journey. All the price that stated in the product page is your dropship cost.
  6. Just browse the item that you want to sell. And simply list the products on your site using our product images or even the product descriptions we provide (or you may request from support group). 

 

Q. HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR NEW CUSTOMER TO ACTIVATE THEIR DROPSHIP ACCOUNT?

Once you have submitted the dropship application. We will go through some simple verification and activate your account within 7 days.
 

Q. HOW TO MAKE DROPSHIP ORDER?

  1. Log in your dropship account using your Username and Password. 
  2. You can click “WHOLESALE MODE” in the bottom of menu and add the product that your customer has ordered. Or simply click “Add to cart” button on the product that your customer has ordered.
  3. Once you have added all the products, you can click “Next” to proceed your dropship order. 
  4. You'll need to select your preferred delivery date and remark the delivery info if necessary. And click  “Checkout” button.
  5. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and and remark the order info if neccessary at the bottom right corner. And click  “next” button.
  6. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button. There are few shipping methods
    1. Easy Parcel
    2. GD Express
    3. Pick Up from Stores
    4. Own Shipping Label or Consignment Note (Please Refer to Next Question)
  7. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button. There are few shipping methods.
    1. Grab Pay
    2. Maybank QR Pay
    3. Bank Transfer
  8. After the payment has been done, kindly upload your payment receipt and fillI up the necessary info in UPLOADER. Once you have submitted, kindly wait for the order confirmation. (Please note that If you have 5 customers, kindly place 5 different orders.)
  9. Once the order has been confirmed, we will proceed the order within 1-3 working days.

 

Q. CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING LABEL/CONSIGNMENT NOTE/AIRWAYBIL ?

Yes, we accept your own shipping label/ consignment note/ air waybill. We will print for you with no any extra charge at all.

 

Q. HOW TO UPLOAD PAYMENT RECEIPTS AND  OWN SHIPPING LABEL/CONSIGNMENT NOTE/AIRWAYBIL THROUGH UPLOADER?

  1. Please point to Dropship section on the top menu bar, select Dropship Program press UPLOADER. Press START when in UPLOADER page.

 

  1. Key in your e-mail, contact number, order ID/ Invoice No and upload Payment Receipt.

 

  1. Select Yes if you have own shipping label/ consignment note/ air waybill and upload it.

 

  1. You can remark your order if necessary. After that, review the information, submit and wait for confirmation. (Please note that If you have 5 orders, kindly submit 5 different UPLOADER)

 

Q. HOW LONG CAN MY CUSTOMER RECEIVE THE ORDER FROM JORYSI.MY?

Once the payment of the dropship order has been confirmed, we will proceed the order within 1-3 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.  We will update you the tracking number once the parcel is packed. But the delivery time to destination will be depended on the courier service and the delivery location. For orders placed after 9:00 a.m will be proceed on next working days.
